it doesn’t take long before the video addicted teen finds himself

Praise for "War games":

"In her latest book, "War Games", Jacqueline Guest has provided us with tremendous insight into some of the unique challenges our military families may face when their CF member deploys to Afghanistan .  I was moved by how powerfully and yet realistically the story played out, and I see this novel as an invaluable resource to our teens and the parents of teens, who may be impacted by Canada 's mission in Afghanistan . The Easy Key to preparing for

Provincial Language Arts Exams!

Make Your Mark A Winner!

Easy Key Writing Workshops help prepare students for any writing assignment whether it is the Provincial Aptitude Tests or their first novel.  Praise for the proven results from teachers who have utilized this important tool:

December 2008

Jacqueline Guest’s Easy Key Writing Workshops gave our students the opportunity to learn the craft of writing from a successful professional.  The sessions were informative, interesting and engaging.  Our students felt more confident about their writing and this translated into higher PAT scores.  Based on our PAT test analysis, our scores improved in the areas of content, organization, and sentence structure.  Most importantly, our students felt prepared for the PATs and successfully employed the strategies they learned at the Easy Key Workshops.

Thanks Jacquie!

Hello Jacqueline,

Re:  Easy Key Writing Workshop

The Grade Nine students wrote their PAT exam and here are the winning results:

34 percent of them had an 80 or over and only one failed. (He ran out of time.)  Many more of them wrote fantastic stories, which was great to see.  This is the largest number of students we have ever had achieve an 80 percent or above, and the smallest number we have ever seen fail.  I believe the writing workshop was the key as it made them more confident and competent story writers.

Thanks again for helping our students surpass all expectations.
